Happy Holidays

The days leading up to Christmas was mainly spent with Ian. I did some baking with my mom and made mince swirls and some pretzels covered with white chocolate which I gave away as gifts.


Christmas eve was spent with Faye and a few of her friends. We had a drink in the Slug then onto the 3 tuns then Met and finally the Treaty. Had such a good night and it was great to see people on xmas.


Christmas day was spent at my aunt and uncles along with my grandad, parents, cousin and her nan. We had chicken and lamb for lunch with all the trimmings. Morgan and I spent the whole day watching Jackass. Boxing day was very much the same apart from it was spent at our house and we had steak and ale pie for lunch and I drank a lot more Baileys. Ian came round in the evening and got to meet the family briefly.


Ian and I hit the sales yesterday. I got a few tops but that's about it. We had a bit of lunch and then went to the cinema to see the new Sherlock. I spent the night at his watching our new addiction, Sons of Anarchy.
Today I went to housemate Jess's house, things have been pretty bad between us recently. Not sure why this has happened but people have been saying I have said things behind her back, which is certainly not true. I like to think I can pride myself of people having confidence in what they tell me, that's how I feel with Jess and Han anyways. I don't know why other people feel the need to mess up other peoples relationships. But things seem to be all sorted now, I hope she believes me because I don't want to loose her as a friend and I would love to live with her next year.
After sorting everything out we watched Marley and Me and then she drove me home. I had a fry up for dinner and now just trying to find music to have at my new years party.

Home for the holidays

I am now back in the comfort of home. It's so nice to be back and see Ian pretty much everyday.
Came back late Friday night, mom dropped me off outside the Met where I caught up with a few people I hadn't seen in ages.
I went shopping with my mom the other day, I finally finished all of my xmas shopping so that is all wrapped up and under the tree now. We had a nice lunch out and a look round the shops.
Jess and Han came over for an evening, we watched Hot Chick, ate duck rolls and had a wonderful catch up. I have missed those girls.
Spent the majority of time with Ian, watching films and drinking tea.
Just got back from the Malt Shovel where I had a few drinks with the Law and Keri before they headed off to a band practice.
My parents have informed me that I can have a new years party at the house, so excited! :)

Last night

The initial plan for yesterday was to go to uni and get loads of work done, however this failed. On arrival in town I bumped into Norm, we decided to take a wonder around town and buy some donuts at one of the christmas stools. They were gloriously warm and sugary. We had a wonder around Waterstones looking at comics and then Shaun joined us. We all went to the Goblin for a few drinks and games of pool. We were joined by Cakey, Kris and Dave a little later. We arranged to re-meet a bit later and head to the SU for a big night out.
I scoffed my face with dominos pizza and red wine and then took my drunken self to the SU. Yet more alcohol was consumed and many awesome tunes danced to.
Today I recovered and watched many movies.
I am now going home tomorrow as I wanted to see people and many people are returning from uni as well so we have planned a nice night out tomorrow to catch up :)

Can't wait for the holidays

The weekend was spent at home, in the comfort and heat of Ian's house. We spent most of the time there as they actually have the heating on, unlike my parents. We pigged out on so much junk food. Drove to KFC, had a chinese takeaway and loads of nachos. We hardly moved from bed and watched endless amounts of movies, it was glorious.
I returned to Wycombe Monday morning, getting the early bus and just making it to uni on time.
After uni I went to the pub with most of the people on my course and had a few drinks. Shaun came down a little later and after a drink with him we left and made our way home, getting soaked in the rain.
Today I went into uni for a CAD session then went to the workshop to try and catch up on some work but I got kicked out because I was wearing a dress so went home and did book work.
I am now freezing my arse off in my room and getting annoyed because the film I want to watch isn't loading. I think I might go to bed.

Getting with the times

Finally I have got a phone that is not from the stone age! I have a Samsung Galaxy Ace. It's a touch screen and I can even go on the internet! To most this is the norm of a phone but to me this is so amazing!
Wednesday my wonderful mother came to the house to drop off said phone and bring the vacuum cleaner so I could clean the state that is my house. I was getting so depressed at being disgusted at the place I live but now I feel so much happier. She did all the washing up and cleaned the kitchen and I cleaned the rest of the downstairs. I really wish it could stay like this but I know it wont :/
Today I have been in bed all day. I got up once for a cigarette and to make a cup of tea, that's it! I'm so fricking lazy.
Going to try and pry myself out of bed to go to the SU tonight but I really can't be bothered. There is loads of good stuff on telly tonight and it will be cold out side :/

I am really looking forward to this weekend, Ian and I are going to celebrate our 2 years. It's strange, I feel kinda weird about it because things have been far from perfect but I still have hope.

Ouch

Uni today was pretty good, I made the majority of my bead. It's not the idea that I originally wanted to go with as I didn't know how to make it and the design was pretty complex but I had a chat with my tutor and she has told me how to do it now. I will do that idea in my free time, when I get some. So instead I simplified it so I could at least have something to show, however it's still not finished, have learnt quite a bit though.


In the process of making this though I hammered my finger instead of the metal :(
I had planned to do lots of work when I got back to the house but it is so cold here my hands were freezing so I literally couldn't hold a pen. So instead I made a hot water bottle and snuggled into bed watching I love you, Man.
I'm so productive...

Xmas decs

Went home again for the weekend, stayed here Friday night though. Went out to the SU for a geek party, spent the majority of the night playing space invaders .

Saturday morning I headed back on the bus with a massive hangover. I was greeted by a lovely cup of tea when I got in and Ian popped over for a little bit before he departed to watch a rugby game.
My mom and I then got all the christmas decorations out from the loft and started to christmasfy the house. I say house... it was only the living room. We listened to christmas songs, wore our santa hats and drank Baileys, like we do every year :)
After some dinner I made my way to Uxbridge to meet Faye and Luke at the Met. I bumped into Ian on the way so he joined us. We only stayed for one drink then returned to Ian's, grabbing some doritos and dip on the way. We spent the evening eating nachos and watching Raiders Of The Lost Ark.
Today we watched family guy and ate a roast.
I am now back in Wycombe, in my freezing, damp room. Can't wait to be back for christmas break.

December

Yesterday I lazed in bed watching a collection of Rom-Com's. 50 First Dates, Splash and Just Married. In the evening I went to the SU to watch the wonder that is The Blanks, aka Ted's band from Scrubs. Halfway through their second song we all got evacuated from the building and had to wait outside for ages in the rain. When we were eventually allowed back in they finished their set and were amazing.


Today was spent at uni trying to make a bead for my project, however I had to choose the most difficult shape ever to do and I failed miserably. So I gave up and went home. Got to start my advent calender today. My mom made me an extra special one.


In the little pockets on the snowman there is a clue on a bit of paper and a chocolate, the clue and the number then match up to a present inside the bag :) They are all useful things for the house, like shampoo or tea bags :P
I have just had cheesy chips for dinner and now searching iplayer for something decent to watch.

I haven't been eating properly recently, I have just lost my appetite. I feel miserable. I want to go home and see my mom and friends, not live in a shit house and have money. I'm so fucking broke and no one has replied to any job applications I have sent out, I can't be that bad can I?! Don't answer that :/

Lies...again

I haven't updated in over a week, things have been pretty busy. Spend most days at uni and evenings in a pub somewhere.
The past few days have been horrible. Lets just say I haven't felt that sad since the days with black hair and listening to Hawthorne Heights alone in my room.In nicer news my essay is completed and handed in, so nice not to have to deal with it again.
I went home on the weekend to finish it and steal food from my house.
Wednesday was a great night. It was Jess's event for her project. It was at the Antelope, there were a few live bands that were great and many rainbow jelly shots. We ended up going to the SU where many very cheap snakebites were consumed, then onto a kebab place where i went behind the counter and stole some chicken nuggets and then got a cab back. Jess raised loads of money which all goes to charity so it was a good night for all.
I have listened to a lot of Band of Horses recently and eaten pretty much my own body weight in popcorn.

I miss my cat :(

Essay and Birthdays

Monday I eventually managed to drag myself out of bed and head back to Uxbridge. I made cupcakes and researched stuff for my essay.
Tuesday I was back in Wycombe pretty early to see Jess for her birthday. We ate cakes and watched telly most of the day. In the evening we had a few drinks at the Belle Vue, then onto the Goblin where Abigail joined us and then onto Yates. I headed back before everyone else and was kept company by a kebab.


Wednesday I made my way back to Uxbridge. The day was spent writing my essay and in the evening I met up with Jess, Han and Jason for a wonderful trip to Pizza Express :)
Thursday I carried on with my essay. I only have to write my conclusion now and then I'm all done. At 9, Ian and I headed to a studio where Brannigan's Law do their band practise. I was so tired by the end of it but was nice to see Keri and the guys again.
Friday evening I met up with Faye and Luke. It was only meant to be for a couple of drinks before Faye went to work but Luke and I ended up drinking more than intended and made our way to the Treaty for a few shots and snakebites. Made my way back to Ian's for the best cheese and onion roll ever!
Saturday was the day of my mom's 50th birthday party. I headed home to help out around the house and get everything ready. Ian was meant to come and meet all the family and friends but he was ill, was really gutted and upset he couldn't go. Nevertheless I had a great night seeing family I haven't seen in over a year and Jess and Han came. The food was amazing, brilliant fireworks and there was lots of booze. When the party died down I went back to Ian's, we watched Fringe and drank tea.
Today has been spent lazing around in Ian's clothes and watching telly while I was amazed at the amount of fog outside.
I am now back in Wycombe and looking forward to seeing Shaun again as he has been in Wales all week, I have a week of insults to catch up on.

Lazy Weekend

Thursday evening I ventured out to the Goblin with Shaun, Ryan, Jess and Abs. There were quite a few people there and the drinks were flowing nicely. I headed to the su with Ryan for a bit to watch some bands but didn't enjoy it much so went back to the Goblin.
Jess informed me that a guy was buying tights for £30+, me being a very poor student and luckily wearing tights took him up on the offer. It's not like he saw me take them off or knows anything about me so I didn't see anything wrong it and considering the tights probably cost me a quid, I made a pretty hefty profit :)
The evening ended up with everyone dancing on the tables and swinging from the roof singing along to "Reach" by S Club 7 and the Fresh Prince song.


Friday I was up nice early to meet Ryan and go to a lecture about essay writing. It was the most boring hour of my life.
As we managed to sit through it we thought it best to reward ourselves with a Subway. After we scoffed that down and received some free Monster from a massive monster truck outside the SU we went to our seminar. I did not like this seminar. It was really hard and made me realise that I do actually have to do academic stuff at uni as well as hands on art :/
When uni was finished I rushed home, prepped dinner and got ready to meet Ian at the train station. We stuffed down the fajitas and I made him watch some Sabrina.
Along with Adam, Harley and Shaun we went to the Goblin to meet Jess and some others for her birthday night out. We ended up at this gay bar called Scorpios which turned out to be pretty good. All the lads tried out their skills at pole dancing and I sampled one if the nicest drinks ever, a watermelon VK.


Saturday was spent in bed, pretty much all day. We watched Fringe and Terra nova, ate a 3 tier plate of nachos and ordered pizza.
Sunday we had a fry-up and watched Gulliver's Travels. Ian then sadly had to go home, leaving me all alone. Shaun is back in Wales, Adam is in Reading with Harley and Jess went home for a party.
Felt pretty shit last night and really missed my mom and friends from home. I then ended up slicing open my finger as I smashed a glass bowl, it was not a good evening.

I am trying to get the energy to get out bed so I can get ready and go home for the day. Need to start writing my essay and get Jess and my mom's birthday presents. No idea what I'm going to get them so need to have a wonder around town.

Metalwork

I started metalwork on Monday, so no more ceramics for me, YAY! After a massive rush to catch my bus on time I was on my way to Camden to meet Ian so we could go to the Barfly and watch William Fitzsimmons. It was amazing. Had such an lovely time and was great to spend the night with Ian.


Started started early, too early. Had to get the bus back to Wycombe so I could get to uni on time.
In the afternoon I had a throwing class in the ceramics studio. I started off terribly and just couldn't get it and I cut up all my hand but then the tutor said my clay was too hard so no wonder I couldn't do it. After he got me some new clay I found it great fun and made 2 little pots, I'm so proud!


Today I jumped in the car with Jess as she was heading home for a few hours and offered me a ride back. I went to Ian's for a bit, he was ill so we just lazed about drinking tea and watching Castle.
When Castle episodes ran out I headed home. Had a lovely catch up with my mom and raided all the cupboards for food. We had dinner and watched some True Blood.
I then got a phone call from a very annoyed Jess saying her car wouldn't start so we couldn't back. But mom to the rescue gave us both a lift back :)
I have just had a cup of milk and my daily dose of Sabrina the teenage witch so now I'm going to bed.

Remember Remember

Friday I was bit naughty and skipped uni. Just really didn't feel up to it so I lazed in bed pretty much all day. After some dinner and watching Derren Brown with Shaun we headed to the Nags head. It was only supposed to be for a few but ended up staying longer than intended.
Yesterday was again spent in bed, watching Sabrina.
In the evening my Grandad came to pick me up and take me to a firework party at Bob and Heather's. Unknown to me Angela, his new gf, was coming too. Turns out my parents knew and didn't tell me because if I knew she was going, I wouldn't of gone. Very annoyed that she came but not at my parents as I do understand and I did really want to go.
After the journey in the car listening to her go on about herself and how she is taking my Grandad away on holiday I just started crying. Spoke to my mom about it and I got so upset. She really sounds like my nan and it made me miss her so much. I hate that he is seeing someone else.
Other than that the party was great, lovely fireworks, free wine, nice hot dogs and soup.


After getting dropped back in Wycombe I went to the SU to meet Shaun, Tom and Dave. It was Crash night, aka Rock night. When that closed Shaun, a guy called Norm and I went to the Nags for the last night it was open under Tom's management. Everyone drank the bar dry, lemonade fights, dancing on tables and we could all smoke inside, it was pretty weird. By the end of the night there was only Baileys and red wine left so we all did a bomb of it... it curdled... disgusting.


Today has yet again been spent in bed watching Sabrina, I should of really done work but I have been so lazy recently :/

Nostalgic TV

Halloween evening was spent dressed as a cat and going out with Shaun and a few of his friends to the SU. Had a pretty awesome night and met some new people :)

Shaun is taking part in Movember so now looks like a paedo.

Other than going into uni today and yesterday all I have done with my days is watch Sabrina the Teenage Witch and yesterday I treated myself to nachos :)

Belgium dip

Friday evening I felt like utter crap, not ill just pissed off and depressed. Felt even worse in the morning. So Saturday evening I went out and got very drunk. Headed to the SU and met up with Cakey and Tom. Drinks were only £1.50 so they were coming in frequently. A few live bands were playing, one of which were awesome. After they finished I headed to the Nags Head and met up with Jess.
Everyone was dressed up, one of which was a clown which did not sit well with me. When the Nags closed we headed back to Cakey's where we ordered pizza and marvelled at how lovely their house was.
Woke up this morning with a very big headache. Watched a few episodes of Sabrina the teenage witch with Jess and then had a nap. I slept a little longer than expected :/ Had some dinner and watched Merlin.
Housemates have gone out to the pub now but I have no money so am staying in drinking hot chocolate with whipped cream :)

Best Day Ever

I had the loveliest day yesterday. Woke up and headed into London around lunch time. I visited the V&A and had a huge look round, trying to find my object I can use in my essay. Problem was I found too much stuff!
To waste a bit of time I headed to the Science Museum and had a look round the Space section. Around 5 I hopped on the train and headed to Piccadilly Circus to meet Ian from work. We ventured to China town and found a dainty little restaurant where we had a buffet.
When we were full to our brims we made our way to Angel where we spent the evening watching Charlie Simpson :)
He was yet again amazing. Unfortunately our view was compromised by a couple of crack whore looking chavs, nevertheless it was still an amazing evening. Ian and I caught the train home and returned to mine for the night.


After a quick visit to the doctors this morning my mom dropped me back in Wycombe, where we had a big shop round Asda and brought some winter gear.
I had a seminar this afternoon which really helped as now I am sure of what object I can use for my essay.
Going to spend the evening doing work and watching Sabrina the teenage witch :)

Ginger Pubes

So the past few days have been spent in Uxbridge and what a wonderful few days they have been :)
Got quite a bit of work done and spent some lovely time with Ian. Ate fajitas, caught up on our tv shows and watched Avatar.
Saturday evening I met up with Han, Jess, Brian and Emma. We all went to see Ed Sheeran at the HMV forum. He was really good, only problem was he did drag it on a bit. Pixie Lott and Example also turned up which was pretty darn cool.


Returned home Sunday evening, ate a bowl of popcorn and then headed out to the pub with Jess and Shaun. Went to the Goblin for a few and then Falcon for the most amazing pitcher called a Golddigger.
Had uni today and got loads done, learnt how to slip cast which is a much faster process :)
Been procrastinating the rest of the evening. Did a bit of work but then got so bored I curled my hair and am now watching the Thomas Crown Affair.


Also got my Brannigan's Law t-shirt :)

Escapade

Yesterday day time was spent going into uni to make a mould of a vase and going shopping! Got a lovely dress and a jacket from the Topshop sale :)
In the evening Jess and I made our way to Brook street halls to meet Abigail who was promoting this event, Escapade.
We got the coach with a large bottle of wine and made our way to Reading. It was all secret and we only found out where we were going 10mins before we got there. From the promotions and stuff it seemed we were going to central London to a massive club, instead we ended up at Vodka Revs, Dogma and Sakura. A little bit misleading but it was an awesome night none the less! Other than the fact my drink got spiked and I don't remember much other than the urge to keep dancing til I nearly collapsed :/


Woke up around lunch, had some toast and then got the bus back to Uxbridge. Staying here until Sunday as my parents have gone on holiday and I have to look after the cat :)
