Wonderful weekend

Friday was wonderful because Ian returned to Uxbridge. I got up with a spring in my step and headed to his to do some cleaning for a few hours. By the time I finished Ian arrived and we had a huge hug and a cup of tea :)
In the evening we went to mine for some dinner and caught up on the latest episodes of Fringe and Castle. I also horrified Ian by watching Embarrassing bodies, I think that has scared him for life.
In the morning I made a wonderful sausage sandwich for us both and then we headed back to his. After watching endless episodes of Dr Who we ordered pizza and lit some candles. Candle lit take-away pizza, we are so classy :) We scoffed that down while watching Where the wild things are, which neither of us understood but it was still quite a cute film. We then made some angel delight and watched The proposal.

The next day we watched more Dr Who and drank lots of tea until it was time for me to go home. We both had work we should of been doing and Ian had to depart :(
Today I cut up some cubes using a band saw and wrote half of my art essay!
I've been getting so stressy about stuff recently and when I get stressy and worried I get dry skin on my face so it looks horrible at the moment, I'm peeling :(
But seeing Ian and getting on with some work has made me feel a lot calmer so hopefully it will clear up and all will be good again :)

Dislike the little runt but these are some wise words :)

Hello world

Tuesday I spent the majority of the day at uni. Had a boring meeting about health and safety for when we go Amsterdam and sorted out the rooms. I am sharing with Cat, Katie, Catherine and a girl called Yolanda. I am a bit anxious about this as I don't really talk to them that much anymore and I'm definitely going to feel out of place, but at least I know them and aren't stuck in a room with people I haven't spoken to.
I did quite a bit of work and have finally come up with a title for my essay about sustainability :) In the evening I went to the pub to say hello to Dains new niece. She is b-e-a-utiful! The cutest thing, with the most amazing eyes, I just want to steal her!
Wednesday I worked at the pub for a bit and then came home and did some research for my essay. I have finally heard back from Bucks about my interview regarding my 3D contemporary arts course next year and I have an interview on the 16th of Feb :)
Today I have been at uni yet again and was very happy to get home and have a cup of tea. Should really be doing some more work but I really can't be bothered.
Ian is coming back tomorrow and I have never been so excited to see him. Distance is really getting to me and I just feel so alone. Still don't feel close to anyone in particular at uni and uni work not allowing me to see my other friends pretty sucks. So I'm hoping seeing him tomorrow will make things all better :)

Blooming buses

Well Friday evenings plan of a few drinks didn't go exactly to plan. I drank way too much! Ended up at the Load pretty much passing out and swigging wine out the bottle, was not pretty. When I eventually got home I threw up and then proceeded to pass out.

After throwing up again in the morning and drinking lots of water my aunt, uncle and cousin came over for a belated christmas lunch. Reminisced with Morgan and played on the xbox for a bit. Lunch was nice but I was still feeling really hungover so I didn't eat a lot :(
After watching Mulan with Morgan I got ready to go out.
Hannah got a cab and picked me up then we made our way to Uxbridge to meet the others. We had a few drinks at the Met before catching the bus for the long journey to Kingston. It was the longest journey ever but was made more enjoyable by a bottle of wine and Rob moaning about needing to pee.
Oceana was awesome! I have never been there before and I'm usually not that keen on clubbing but there were so many rooms with different types of music that it was pretty cool.

Hannah and I decided to leave earlier than the others as I was sobering up and didn't want to pay the extortionate prices for drinks, and Han had work the next day. We had no idea where we going but finally found the right bus to get on. After many long waits at bus stops and a long walk we eventually got home.
Some old family friends, Bob and Heather have come over today for a catch up and some dinner. We got some indoor fireworks, which were......thrilling :P
Have uni again tomorrow, not looking forward to the early start, so better get to bed and have some rest :)

Holiday!

I very much enjoyed my lie in on Wednesday but had to get ready quickly to go to the Load to do some cleaning. I stayed there for a bit after with Dain and Kendall and we discussed our love for Ellie Goulding and Ryan Renalds and listened to a bit of dubstep. When I got home I made a nice cup of tea and watched telly for the rest of the evening.
Yesterday I had uni and actually stayed there for the majority of the day, I was rather pleased with myself. I got a KFC with Alex for lunch and sat in the red shed with him and Dan for the rest of the day doing odd pieces of work and discussing things that annoy us. I also stupidly cut my finger on a knife :(
In the evening I ate some chinese food, watched Leon and drank rose, it was a good night.
Today has also been a day off. My grandad has come to stay with us for a few days as we didn't see him over christmas, so I did the good grandaughter thing and listened to him talk about old man stuff and I updated him on my life, then I left to meet with Louis, Han and Jess. We went to the Good Yarn and took advantage of their free wifi and searched for good hotels in Magaluf. After about 3 hours of reading crappy reviews we eventually found a nice looking and good priced hotel, right on the beach so we booked it. Can't wait til June now, it's going to be so good!
My dress that ordered in December eventually arrived today which I was very happy about as I now have something to wear for tomorrow night when I go out :)

Going back to the pub later tonight for a few drinks but until then I shall drink tea and talk to the family, how thrilling :)

Comin' home

The past two days have started very early, travelling to High Wycombe, doing a bit of work then coming home earlier than I should have. I have carried on with work when I get home, I work better at home and I have an endless supply of tea which I don't at uni.

A few pieces of my work

Have spent this evening watching telly, Snog, marry, avoid? Hotter than my daughter and Big fat gypsy weddings, which was filmed in my hometown Uxbridge, says a lot about the place really.
Been speaking to Ian quite a bit online tonight and got to see him on webcam which was nice. Miss him so much, have about another week and half until I can see him properly though, stupid uni :(
Have a day off tomorrow, can't wait to make full use of my lie-in :)

Pizza and a Cat in a hat

I did quite a bit of work yesterday. I drew up loads of ideas for my new project and made a few pieces of jewellery for my old project which turned out rather well. In the evening Jess and Hannah came over and we ordered 30 quids worth of pizza which was yummy! Hannah also brought popcorn and some booze. We watched Cat in the hat and 40 year old virgin. They headed home fairly early so I went to bed.
I have done a little more work today but I wasn't feeling as motivated so gave up and watched Primeval. This afternoon my parents and I went to an old family friends house for a surprise 50th birthday party. There was free booze and food so it was rather good. Got to catch up with my cousin which was nice as I haven't seen her in ages and had a chat with some other people I haven't seen since I was a wee sprog.
Have uni again tomorrow and I'm really not wanting to go, just want to laze in bed and never get out again :(

Catch up

I went to Ian's yesterday, not to see him but to clean his house. When returning home it started raining. Not a light sprinkle, it hammered down and I got soaked. I did bring an umbrealla but it failed at doing it's job. Once I got in, looking like a drowned rat, I got changed and spoke to some old family friends that had come over for a while. In the evening I met up with Jess and Han for a quick drink at the Met. Jess has been really ill with the swine so it was nice to see her again and we had loads to catch up on.
I love that I can tell them everything and anything and they don't really judge me, it's nice to get things off my chest.
When I got home I was really peckish and found 5 multi-packs of quavers, so quickly made my way through a few, which made me really tired so I went to bed :)
