Moronic Man

The weekend was spent in Wycombe with Ian at the new house. It was so nice spending time with just him, we watched so much Breaking Bad! We had a lovely lunch out at Frankie and Benny's and went on a lovely walk in the sun in one of the many woods that surround Wycombe.
Went out with Faye last week. Hadn't seen her in ages so it was so nice to catch up. Luke was there too and I got to meet his new girlfriend, Rosie. She was lovely, we both got so drunk and got on really well.

The same night I got a phone call from my mom informing me that dad has been in a motorbike accident. He only just got the bike and has already broken it :/ He has broken his arm and his leg so is currently off work and milking it for all it's worth. The first couple of days we got on so well and I was being really nice to him and helping him where I could. Then one morning I just woke up and went downstairs and before I could even open my mouth he was having a go at me. Yet again he managed to turn that around to me not having a job. He is a fricking moron, if he doesn't understand something then whatever I say is wrong. He then accused me of being a sponger and saying I sponge off Ian... Everything I buy is from my own savings, student loan or odd income I get and the things Ian has brought me is because he loves me, I don't ask or expect any of it. Gahhh it just stresses me out so much and I now can't wait to move into the house at Wycombe.

Anyways enough of the rant, I have been very busy with my summer project and am nearly finished with it! :)
Keri and I have also been doing well with our fitness however I have hurt my thigh somehow so haven't been on top form the past week but we are still doing well. I really love her to bits, we have so much in common and I can talk to her about anything and everything. Definitely need to have a girly night with her soon :)

Ladies night

Feeling rather hungover today. Had a wonderful night out last night with the ladies in Watford, woke up with the standard grazed knee and taste of Subway in my mouth :P

Ian and I have been a bit ill the past week so unfortunately we didn't go to Wycombe over the weekend but we are planning on going this weekend instead :)
I have finally started my summer project and getting on quite well with it. I am kinda missing uni, I liked doing stuff everyday and seeing everyone. Really miss those guys. Can't wait to move into the new house with Rebecca and Lucinda, really excited to see how we all get on and what it's like at the house. Not long now!! :)

Visiting

The past week has been pretty busy and rather lovely.
The bed for my new house arrived safe and sound, it's gorgeous!! It did take an hour to put together but we eventually got there. Going to stay at the house next weekend with Ian which I am very excited about :)
Monday was as close to perfect as you could get. Ian had taken the day off work and treated me to such a lovely day. We went to see Dark Night Rises which was amazing! We then had a few drinks in the Met before we went out to Pizza Express. We spent the night drinking hot chocolate with Stay Puft marshmallows, he had been to Forbidden Planet the day before and also got me a bottle of Tru Blood :)

Tuesday the Olympic torch came to Uxbridge. It went right through Brunel University which is a couple of minuets from my house so the Mother and I went down to see it. It was actually really exciting, the atmosphere was great and everyone was so lively. We were right at the front and got to see the kiss, it was only until the torch bearer walked right past me after the torch had been pasted on that I realised it was Mark Ronson!

Wednesday my wonderful uni friend Ryan came to stay with me. We descended upon the Met where we had a few drinks and then ordered some dinner. We then got an ice cream and sat in Fassnidge park while the sun set. We headed to the Yarn for a drink but it wasn't that nice there so went back to the Met and finally we ended up at the Treaty. Ryan was wasted! It was hilarious. We got cheesy chips on the way back, most of which he threw up when we got back.

Thursday I made a fry-up to help our hangovers and then he had to depart to catch his train. It was so nice that he came to visit and I had such a nice time :)
Friday was Ian's mum, Sue's, birthday. I had made a chocolate cake and got some flowers for the occasion so in the evening I headed over to theirs for a wonderful barbecue and lots of wine. We all watched he Olympic opening ceremony which I thought was really good, so typically British.
I've somehow managed to really hurt my wrist. No idea how, just woke up and was in agony :/ So I am all bandaged up and haven't really done much this weekend.

Mini Millers Birthday

Last Saturday was the wonderful Jess's birthday. The week before was spent sorting out her presents with Hannah. We made some amazing chocolate ladybug cupcakes and made an amazing moonpig card. I also made a strange stuffed toy thing like I do most years for her.
Saturday evening we all descended on the Yarn to begin the night with heavy drinking. There were so many people there. When we were suitably drunk we made our way to Liquid. I haven't been there in years, if it hadn't of been Jess's birthday I don't think I would of gone, it's not my favourite place but it was actually pretty fun. I ended up leaving and getting a drunken subway and being taken home to Ian's by Louis and Kishan.

This week has been spent in the company of my wonderful boyfriend and my lovely new television that he brought me. I'm so lucky! We have enjoyed watching many films in better quality and not on a huge boulder of a tv. He has treated me so much recently. We have a wonderful Monday to look forward to watching the new Batman and a lovely meal out, hopefully I can wear my new dress :)
I have received the inventory back for the house and it is not looking good, pretty sure we aren't going to get the deposit back, or very little of it. So pissed off :/ But in better news, tomorrow I'm going to the new house to pick up my gorgeous new bed that is being delivered! Can't wait to move in :)

Naming Rebecca Jane

Not an awful lot has happened since last time I updated. Jess has been away on holiday so I haven't seen her or Han in a while but we intend on catching up very soon.
Saturday was an eventful day. The parents, Ian and I were invited to little Becky's naming ceremony. None of us had ever been to one or knew what it entailed. It was basically a non religious christening. It was really  sweet and she was so well behaved! After we all returned to Becky's grandparents house (Bob and Heather's) where we scoffed ourselves with bbq food and Ian and I consumed our body weight in chip sticks.

Also just found this. Was when I first saw Becky at just one week old. Now she's 6 months old! She's grown so much!

After a quick dash home Ian and I made our way to Uxbridge where we met up with a few others and started drinking at the Met. We then all headed to the Treaty for a very messy Rock night. It was such a good night! I must admit things got a bit blurry as the night went on but from what I remember it was great :) Don't think I have seen it that busy there in a while. Had some very funny conversations and unusual mixes of drinks and of course the standard drunken subway :)

Sunday was spent recovering and moaning that my legs hurt. Keri and I did sprinting Friday and both of our leg muscles are still in agony! Was meant to be running again tonight but we have postponed it til tomorrow so today will just be spent being lazy.

Also no idea why all of a sudden my writing has decided to be highlighted in white and for some reason it wont let me change it back :/

My blog I can say what I want

I picked up the keys for my new house today, we had a big look round and did the inventory. I got the room I was hoping for so all I have to do is get a bed and a light and then I can start moving all my other stuff in :D

The mother and I then went to the old house to tidy up before we give the keys back. The boys had done some cleaning the day before but it was still pretty rank. I cleaned the bathroom, garden and some of the kitchen. I felt sick, the house was an actual tip. I don't understand how someone can live like that, no trouble guessing who most of the shit belonged to... and she hasn't cleaned at all. We give the keys back on Saturday and the window has still not been fucking fixed!!! I'm so fucking angry, how can someone be so incompetent and rude and just plain fucking stupid. I will be so happy to be rid of that place and to never be around that disgrace of a girl ever again.
I have a lovely evening planned with Ian and a takeaway with our name on it so that should make everything all better :)

Hot and Cold

Saturday the parents and I had a random trip to Brighton. It was a really nice day and luckily the weather stayed sunny. We had a lovely lunch out at Browns, an ice cream on the beach and a look round all of the vintage shops :)

I have decided to take my fitness seriously now so Monday the mother and I went shopping for fitness clothes. I brought some really nice running shoes, a sports bra and some leggings. I went for a run in the evening and my legs still hurt from it! I think I pushed myself a bit too far :/ I also brought some hair dye as my hair was 2 different colours from the last time I dyed my hair so now it's slightly blonder and all the same :)

Tuesday I joined  Ian and his family to the Ice bar for Tom's 21st. We had dinner there too which was one of the nicest meals I have ever had and I got to try caviar for the first time too.

Yesterday evening Keri and I went out for a run. We did a circuit thing at my house which knackered me out before we even went out for the run. We went all round Cowley Rec and then down to Little Britain and had a slow walk back. I felt so good after doing it but quite sweaty.

Chop

Yet again I have been slacking with blogging and there is no excuse.
Last Friday I went out with the lovely Keri. We went for a few drinks at the Met and Treaty. I ended up getting a little more drunk than expected but we had an amazing night and I hope to go out again soon.
The day after my mom and I went to High Wycombe to do some shopping. I brought loads of new trousers, accessories and treated Ian and I to some Nerds and Twinkies :) In the evening I did some babysitting of the adorable Becky. It was meant to be mom looking after her but I took over. She was so good! Was a bit sad to hand her back to Cathy and Lee. I can't wait to look after her again.
The family came over Sunday for a bit of lunch. Morgan and I spent most of the time playing xbox and watching stand up comedy.
Monday I finally got my hair cut. I literally can't remember the last time I got it cut and it was pretty disgusting  so now it's all nice :)

Wednesday Jess, Han and I met up and went to Pizza Express. Han has now left to go to the Isle of Wight festival and Jess is going away on holiday next week so we wont see each other for a while.
Gutted I'm not going away this year. I really want to get away from all the stress I've had this year with the house. I just don't want to think about it and be somewhere hot. I have been looking for a job for so long and still no luck, but I need a job to go away so looks like I will be in cold little England for a while still.
I have been working pretty hard on my exercise so hopefully the weather this weekend will stay nice so I can go for a jog outside.

What's my age again

Well it's been a while since I last updated and much has happened :)
The first Saturday of the month was Rock Night at the Treaty so a few off headed to Ian's for a bbq before, then onto the ale festival at the Malt Shovel and when we were all nicely drunk we went to the Treaty :)

The Jubilee weekend was mainly spent at Ian's as he had a few days off and what a lovely few days they were. We watched the coverage on telly and ate some cupcakes I made. Monday I had the girls over to mine for a bit of afternoon tea with cakes and sandwiches.
Thursday, a group of us went to Watford for a night out. We haven't had a big night out in ages so it was nice to get dressed up and see everyone again, a considerable amount of booze was drunk.

I received a text from Claire a few days ago informing me that she had a spare ticket to see Blink 182. They were one of my favorite bands growing up and I had always wanted to see them live. Ian being the wonderful boyfriend he is offered to pay for me :D So Saturday evening was spent with Claire and her sister at the O2 watching the amazing Blink 182! They were amazing!

Yesterday Ian and I started watching American Horror Story and now we only have 3 episodes left. It's brilliant, we couldn't stop watching! Tonight shall be spent finishing that and watching the new episode of True Blood, so happy it's back on I have missed those kinky vamps.

Lovely Outings

After his day at work Ian took me out for dinner at Pizza Express. Of course I had the usual dough balls and chicken salad which was obviously very yummy. We then went to the Met for a quick drink while we wasted time before MIB3 started at the cinema. The film was very good, not as good as the first one but much better than the second.

Thursday I joined my parents and Ken and Doreen for a bit of lunch out. It was a lovely restaurant right on the edge of the Thames and the food was amazing.
Friday Ian and I went to the Imperial War Museum. I had never been before so it was nice to go somewhere new. Ian was great to go around with as he told me loads of interesting information and he seemed to be really enjoying it :)
