Can't wait until my exams are over

Wednesday evening the teachers and students of the English department went for a meal at Pizza Express to say goodbye and celebrate the exam was over. It was a wonderful evening and I had some rather yummy food.
Thursday was pretty good. I watched a bit of Black Books instead of doing revision and then went to the pub where I won £42 on the races and drank champagne.
Friday I woke up rather late, Ian came over and I tried to do some revision while he was there, it failed, so instead we watched Along came a spider and ate Doritos.
Saturday I did do some revision in the morning but then decided that making an epic cheesy salad was more important. It was nice. Ian came over in the afternoon and we watched some strange films. My neighbor Toroto, by the same guy that did Ponyo, it was equally strange and had a giant cat bus in it which was awesome. We then watched Old boys, which was amazing, rather twisted, but very good. We also watched Dr Who, was really good but I'm wondering how they are gonna finish the series and set it up for the Christmas episode because the Dr seems to of got himself stuck in a bit of a pickle.
Today started by lying in bed with Ian watching Ekusut (hair extensions). Which is about killer hair extensions, it was actually quite good, rather freaky but funny at the same time.
Ian then sadly had to depart. I should really do some revision. I hate geography, I really don't know why I chose it. It's the last of all the exams as well, all of my friends have already finished and are free to do whatever. Can't wait until the 29th.

Confusion

Yesterday I had my English exam. It didn't go great. The question I didn't want to get asked, was asked. I just couldn't concentrate and what ever I wrote was just blahhh. But on the plus side I never have to do English again :)
After my exam I went to Ian's where he made me a nice cup of tea and made me feel a bit happier. We were meant to go to Nando's for dinner but then desided we would just stay in and order pizza as Ian wants to treat me to a nice night out in Reading soon. We watched Ponyo, which was very confusing and we both had no idea what on earth was happening, but it was quite cute. We also watched Adaptation which again was confusing but very good, was very cleverly written.
My Ebay stuff came yesterday. Am rather pleased with them :)

Birthday celebrations

Yesterday was Becky's 18th birthday. We had previously decided that we would go to the Met and then off to Heathrow Bowl. However once we got to the Met and had a few drinks we decided to stay in Uxbridge and go on a pub crawl. We went to the Yarn, Fig Tree and Treaty. It was an epic night in every aspect. We met some pretty amazing people on our travels and got amazingly drunk. I very rarely throw up but on this occasion I did and it was horrible, I plan on not making it a regular thing.
Jess, Hannah and I made Becky a penis cake :)

It was rather yummy if I do say so myself.
Today, once I had managed to pull my head out of the toilet, I made my way to Ian's. We watched Dr Who, because I thought I would wait and watch it with him as he was away. We then watched a korean film called 'I'm a cyborg but that's ok'. Haven't seen many korean films but this has definitely made me want to watch more. It was extremely weird, but all of the colours and sets were just beautiful.
Ian then forced me to go home and revise as I have my English lit exam tomorrow. However once I got home I Facebooked and then watched Shrek. I have just looked over my books now but I'm going into school tomorrow to do some last minute revision. If it hasn't gone in by now then it's never going to.

I would also like to take the time to mention my marvelous friend Jacob Batley whom has lovely hair :)

Wanting a companion

The past few days have been incredibly boring, I have literally done nothing. As I did a huge amount of revision on Wednesday and Thursday my brain is now in the mood of not wanting to do anymore which is rather annoying as my exams on Tuesday.

Due to lack of doing anything I have been thinking way to much about things that I shouldn't because I just know they are going to get me down. I always do this and it's so annoying because I can't seem to stop myself. I want to ask questions that I don't want to know the answers to. I feel like I'm pushing someone I care so much about away. I don't mean to, but things I've heard are painting such a negative image of them and I don't know whether to believe it or just to accept it's true and get over the past and realise they are different. Which is probably the best thing to do because lets face it I'm no angel either.

This year things are so different, I used to just sit in my comfort zone and let life pass by quite care free and not really worry about the consequences of my actions. But the things I do now are actually going to make a difference. I'm meeting so many new people and doing different things and I'm not quite sure how to act. I know I should just be myself, but in a way I've kind of forgotten how to meet new people. It sounds so silly. I'm fine getting on with people I have been introduced to, but when I actually have to be outgoing and start up a conversation I just freeze.

My minuscule worries aside, I'm not an Ebay virgin anymore :)
Won a beautiful vintage dress for like £5 and a costume amber necklace for £2. There is also some gorgeous boots and a few more dresses that I've bid on so fingers crossed I get them.

A mean attack on my innocent home

For the entire day I have been in my bed revising. I went downstairs to get some form of beverage and discovered that ants had invaded my home! They were everywhere! The bastards. So I spent about an hour trying to get rid of them, I never did get my drink.

Besides the ants yesterday was pretty much the same, popped into Uxbridge quickly to see Ian, he has gone to Download so wont be seeing him for a while, but it means I can get a lot done, I hope.

A bit of catching up

Well sunday afternoon/evening was spent in the company of Danny. I haven't seen him in ages! Like I think the last time I saw him was my birthday. So it was very good to catch up. We watched How to loose friends and alienate people, I do like that film. We then looked around on Youtube for things to entertain us and make us laugh at others misfortune. Danny then introduced me the Impossible Quiz which I quickly got addicted to, which was annoying. Danny then departed for the evening and I continued to play the quiz.
Monday I awoke at a time to early to describe and proceeded on going to school for yet another pointless Citizenship exam. Unfortunately in my zombie like state at home whilst getting ready I forgot a sheet which had to be sent off with the exam, luckily I didn't need to refer to it in the exam so I think I pulled it off. Jess, Hannah and I then proceeded to Uxbridge where we looked around for a good few hours trying to find a special someones birthday present. Eventually we found some stuff that we thought would suit her perfectly. I also brought Ian a Chewbacca Pez dispenser, the girls laughed and thought I was rather sad, but I knew he would appreciate it (which he did) :)

We then left Uxbridge and all went our separate ways on the account that our stomachs needed masses amounts of food. When I got home I consumed a whole large pizza and watched some Jeremy Kyle. I was then informed of the plan for the evening which quickly came into play. A group of us went to the Yarn which we quickly swapped for the Met because of the smell. An epic night then unfolded, Rea got incredibly drunk, and none of us are quite sure how, Murray won a copious amount of money and I received some rather lovely praise from the drunken Rea, which made me feel a lot more comfortable about a matter that had been troubling me. We then walked home in the rain where I think I killed about fifty snails, sorry!

An amazing evening

All on Google images

I'm in love! Shes so gorgeous. I have always loved red headed girls, but she is just amazingly beautiful! And shes in Dr Who, I mean how could she get any better! Matt Smith is also amazing, he isn't 'fit' he is handsome, with his little bow tie and tweed suit, I love that look on a man. After David Tennant I thought it would be very hard to be a better Dr, but I think Matt Smith has managed to do it, he's very funny but also brings out the darker side of the Dr which is good :)

Dr Who yesterday was brilliant, it was viewed in the company of Ian, after we promptly ordered chinese (which we just finished off for breakfast). When it arrived we watched Alice in Wonderland on blu-ray. I'm still not completely sure if I like it. We then continued with our evening by doing very little, Stargate was watched and yum yums were eaten, that was pretty much it and it was amazing.

I have really missed spending time with Ian, have felt for a while that we were drifting apart and that I didn't know enough about him, but yesterday was so lovely and it was great to just spend time together. Hopefully over summer we will have a lot more days like this :)

My beautiful friends

On Thursday I went to Bucks university with my mom to see an exhibition of the previous years art work that they had done during their course. I was so excited and overwhelmed by the talent the students had there, made me feel like I really wasn't worthy to be there. I then had to go and listen to the head of the course give us our summer project and talk about the course. There was so many people there and I thought it would be a good opportunity to get to know a few people before September. I have never been great at meeting new people but I tried to be polite and say hello or smile, but literally everyone there knew someone else, I was the only person that didn't know anyone :/ I sat right at the back in the corner and felt so out of place and alone, eventually I moved up a bit and said hello to this girl near me, she was in a big group of people and I thought maybe she could introduce me or something, but nothing. It was literally "oh hi" and then she turned her back to me. I felt like crying and now I'm really in a bad mindset for going in September. But we got our summer project, which is 'bread'. I'm looking forward to doing it, not sure what to do yet but I've got a few ideas. I just want to do something incredible and unusual which will make me stand out.

Anyways, my parents have gone away for the weekend, so yesterday Jess and Hannah came over in the evening and I made fajitas and we watched Hocus Pocus. Adam and Amy texted me saying they were in the area and if they could pop over for a bit as we haven't seen each other in ages. So when they got here we all started drinking. We then went down to the pub for a bit and met up with Sam and Dain. It was very boring so I suggested everyone come back to mine via Tescos and drink. The ring of fire was then played, a lot of wine was consumed and drunken heart to heart chats in the bath were had.

It was such a fantastic night. I really do have some of the greatest friends ever, I know they will always be there for me if I need them, it's going to be so hard to say goodbye properly in September but I'm sure we will try our best to see each other as much as we can.

Old photographs

For the 3 hours of English revision today we all decided to sit outside as it was a lovely morning and it was very hot, consequently I have turned rather pink. Once I returned home I scoffed yummy spaghetti and cheese on toast. Mark then decided to pop over for a quick catch up and steal all of my ice-cream. This evening I have been looking through my some old photographs and making myself laugh.
I lived in these fairy wings for ages!

Indoor Picnic

Jessica, Hannah, Becky, Danielle and I all decided that we would travel up to Hyde Park and have a picnic, however the sky wanted to rain today, but luckily I was there to save the day and asked if everyone would like to come back to mine and have a pig out and watch a movie. So we went to Tescos and got popcorn, twiglets, doritos and ice-cream. At mine we watched The Notebook, possibly the saddest film I have seen in a long time, although I guessed the pretty predictable ending, when the time came I still couldn't hold back the tears, which gave everyone much enjoyment to watch me blubber away. After everyone left I had a nice curry with the mother and watched some telly.

Due to the very wet weather I have been looking at underwater photography, these ones in particular caught my eye.

Very little revision has been done today, but tomorrow I'm going into school for a day of English revision, Yay!
