I'm ill. I have a really bad case of man flu. I am loosing the ability to do anything except groan and feel sorry for myself. I literally had the worse nights sleep of my life last night. Kept coughing and sneezing, ugh :(
Luckily Ryan was to the rescue and brought me nasal sprays and flu tables and heat pads as my back is sore too. Plus I had some Ben and Jerry's ice-cream left over so I pigged out on that. He kept me company and we have started watching The Walking Dead. So many people have told me to watch it and I have finally gotten round to it and it's awesome. Can't stop watching!
It was Mums birthday last Thursday so for a surprise I went home a day early. Parents were at Cathy and Lee's so I told them and they helped me surprise them. It worked really well! We scoffed down some cake and had a nice chin wag.
Friday, my plans at home fell through in the evening so Ryan kindly came and picked me up from home, took me back to Wycombe and we had a night out at the SU at the silent disco. We went to Cheryl and Jason's before where we played beer pong and I ended up consuming an entire bottle of wine. Needless to say I was pretty drunk.
Saturday Ryan dropped me back home and I spent the afternoon helping mum with stuff in the loft. In the evening the parents and I went to Prezzo in Uxbridge for mums birthday dinner. It was so scrummy!
After we went to the Met for a few drinks, Faye joined us for a bit before her shift. They all then went and I met up with Dan, Lee and Rhys. A night out with the guys was interesting, lots of talk about porn stars and football, them rubbing it I didn't go Warped Tour and Dan getting slapped in the face a lot by his cousin. It was an awesome night and of course, drunken Subway on the way home.
Was feeling quite worse for wear Sunday but managed to drag myself out of bed and look presentable enough to leave the house. Gave some things back to Ian briefly and then Mum dropped me back in Wycombe.
So after a busy, alcohol fueled weekend my body has given up and now I'm ill :(
Back to feeling sorry for myself and Walking Dead.

Big Kid
I got a first in my essay!! Woo so happy! Have another essay to do fairly soon, then my dissertation! :/ Scary thought.
To celebrate I went to the SU for a Star Wars vs Avengers night. I went on the side of Star Wars, didn't really dress up but painted my nails and stole Ryan's Chewbacca toy. Started off really slow, when we got there it was dead and we were the only people there. So went to the pub, had a drink with Mark then wondered back once it had picked up a bit. Turned out to be a great night, met some new people and got to nerd out :)
Went home Thursday after uni. Met up with Keri for a catch up and a nice dinner at the Met. I love seeing that girly, she always knows how to make me feel better about stuff.
Went to Portsmouth Friday, it was Jason's 21st birthday and we decided to go there as Louis lives there and they have a Playzone which does adult nights. So after a lot of alcohol we headed there. It was so much fun, I turned into a such a kid and we played tag.
It closed at 11 so when we left we went into town to a club that was having an alternative night which was great. Such good music and some pretty cool people. Heard the best mash up ever, Gangnam Style vs Pretty fly (for a white guy), it was brilliant!
After a nice Nando's lunch Saturday we headed home.
Spent the evening at home watching films with the parents, watched a film called The Skin I Live In, such a fucked up film but really clever.
Sunday I felt pretty sorry for myself. I really hate being at home, everything reminds me of Ian and it's so hard knowing he's so close. When I'm in Wycombe nothing reminds me of him and I can surround myself with people that didn't really know him. Think Christmas holidays is going to be hard. I hope things move forward and get better.
Mum treated me to a little shopping trip and brought me lots of things for Christmas and some nice food for the week which made me a bit happier. She then dropped me back in Wycombe. I have been attempting to do uni work all day but that didn't go to well.

Lots of food and the odd bit of exercise
Yesterday was the deadline for my project so the majority of last week was spent frantically trying to get work done. I treated myself to the most amazing milkshake I have every had!
Luckily all work was completed in time and I feel it went pretty well. Everyone's ideas were brilliant and it was so good seeing peoples designs and proposals.
After the presentations we had a 3 hour break before we had the introduction to our new project. So being the good students we are we went to the SU for a beer and a burger, which then turned into about 3 beers. Needless to say we all got a bit giggly by the time we had to go back to uni. When it was finished we went back to the SU, then to the pub. After picking up some pizza on the way home, the girls, Lucinda, Caz and I all slobbed out on the sofa and watched Anchorman and Chicago, both of which were quoted along to. By the time they had finished Rebecca and I were suffering from a hangover so went to bed.
The parents brought my bike and wellies up Sunday and came round for a cuppa before we headed to The Polecat for a bit of lunch for my granddads birthday. I well and truly stuffed myself to the verge of popping. I had mackerel pate for starters, roast beef with yorkshire puds for main and an amazing white chocolate and lime cheesecake for pud, NOM!
Friday I also pigged out a bit and got probably the nicest sandwich I've had, bbq pulled pork. So good!
Taking advantage of having my wellies here and the weather being fairly nice today I went for a walk with Ryan. I realized how unfit I am whilst walking up a hill and feeling like I was going to die.
Have spent the evening eating my body weight in quavers and lilt and watching Once Upon a Time.
I'm getting my essay mark tomorrow morning, pretty excited actually, fingers crossed I did ok.

Remember Remember
The past week has been pretty eventful. Many nights out drinking and outings with friends.
The rest of Halloween was awesome. Went to Reading with Lucinda and a few of her friends, we all got dressed up and I looked suitably slutty for a night out. I had one of the best nights in a while, I love going to Reading, the places are so much better than here or Uxbridge. Many cocktails were drank and a very expensive shot and we all ended up back in Lou's bed half naked. Brilliant.
Saturday was pretty good. Had a very lazy morning/ afternoon then had a spontaneous drive to the woods with Ryan where we had a nice walk in the mud before getting stuck in the dark and making a Blare Witch esque film. We then thought it would be a great idea to head up the massive hill in West Wycombe to watch the fire works. So we got Jack and some warm food and drove up and watched the display. It was really pretty but blooming cold! We then went to the Crash night at the SU, my liver was having a bit of a strop so I wasn't drinking much but the night was still awesome. Many awesome tunes were played and I realized Ryan's love for Robbie Williams, literally never seen him so happy!
Monday I met a couple of Ryan's friends, Jason and Cheryl and we went to the cinema to watch Silent Hill, which I must admit I jumped at quite a lot. In the evening we went to Ryan's parents house, along with Sammy, to watch some more fireworks. They were really good, all the girls huddled by the fire while the lads did the lighting. We scoffed ourselves with jacket potatoes, sausages and doughnuts, yum!
When we got back I found out Ryan had never seen The Labyrinth so I showed him the wonder that is David Bowie's bulge and Magic Dance. I ended up quoting nearly the entire film but he really liked it, which was good because otherwise we could of no longer been friends.
I spent today doing a bit of work and making myself feel I was more productive than I actually was, I'm good at that. Cakey came round in the evening and we had a bit of a movie night with bottle of wine. So overall it's been a good few days but I really need to start doing more work.

Halloween
Halloween party last weekend was amazing! It was probably the best house party I have been too. Loads of alcohol, great people and brilliant costumes. Had such a laugh. I threw up from downing a tabasco shot which was not good, Laura had set out loads of games, including shot roulette and chocolate covered apples or onions, both of which I lost :/
Yesterday was Halloween so yet again we all dressed up and attempted to go to the SU for Frat House but it was packed. Seriously never seen it that packed before. Plus it was chucking it down with rain so we all got soaked. We ended up going to the Gob and having a great time. Many jager bombs were brought to cheer me up and soggy cheesy chips on the way home.
The housemates and I had a little pumpkin carving competition.
I went to the fancy dress shop the other day, wasn't intending on getting anything as I was still intending on using my doll costume but I came across the most beautiful cat mascaraed mask. I'm in love! So I wore that yesterday and have another few Halloween outings that I intend to wear it to :)
Rest of the week has been spent doing uni work and going out with friends, just generally trying to keep myself occupied and happy. Have a week off next week, not sure what I'm going to do yet but I should really fill it with doing more uni work.
