Ian came to stay over the weekend. As always we lazed in bed watching endless episodes of the countless tv programmes we have been sucked into.
Saturday evening however was spent at the SU watching Skindred. It was packed! The bands were awesome, booze was cheap and we got to the front :)
As a few people didn't get in we decided to leave during the after party and go to a house party with some others.
The next morning was spent doing very little and speaking in hushed tones.
I went out last night, wasn't meant to, I was all snugged up in bed when I got a text from Shaun saying he was at Goblin and that's where it all started. We drank a fair bit there until close and then thought it good idea to head back with Kate and Tom for a party. We had whiskey, beer and absinthe. Crawled in at 5.30 this morning. Slept straight through my alarm and woke up at half 1, missing all of uni :/
So instead I have been in bed all day doing odd bits of uni work and watching films.
My room is freezing. Seriously my fingers hurt typing this as it's so cold, I can see my breath and I'm dressed like this in bed...
Have a guy coming round Friday to hopefully fix the radiator but he came round the other day to try and no idea what was wrong with it so he is just going to replace it and hope for the best. Really hope it works soon because I can't stand this much longer :(

Day 4: Letterbox
Literally the only photo I have taken with a letterbox in and I have no idea where the nearest one to here is so this is all you're gonna get.

Lack of Internet
The past week, my fellow housemates and I were forced into the realms without internet. Luckily today the BT man came and all was returned to working order.
Since my last post I have started my glass course, I love it! It's difficult but so much fun.
Friday evening was spent in London with the parents, it was a glorious evening and we all got on so well, wish our family was always that happy. We went to Jamie's Italian restaurant which was so yummy! When we were all stuffed we made our way to watch Matilda at the theatre. It was brilliant. The set was magical, Miss Trunchbull was amazing and the kids were so good!
Saturday mother and I picked up Ian and made our way to Wycombe, stopping off at Asda for a big shop. Ian and I then spent the weekend lazing in bed watching Viva La Bam, the Dudesons and our usual Castle and Fringe.
Been out to the SU and Goblin a bit this week.

Day 3: Something You Adore
Seeing these two guys together makes my heart melt a bit.

Done
Had my assessment this morning and I felt things went pretty well, find out on the 1st of Feb how I really did.
When I returned to the house my bed was still warm so I got back in and stayed asleep til 1. Just been dossing the day and hoping to go out to the SU tonight.
Things seem allot better with the housemates now, feel more included and we are talking like we used to. Feel so much happier in the house now, really hope things stay like this :)

Munchies
My Friday evening was spent devouring this lot with Ian while watching the last two parts of Harry Potter.
Saturday was spent doing uni work while Ian watched House. My dad and I popped out for about an hour to visit Rebbecca-Jane, the new addition to our very close friends Cathy and Lee's family.
She is sooooooo adorable! I didn't want to give her back, her skin was so soft and she made the cutest faces. Only one week old.
In the evening, after a wonderful 3 bird roast, the parents, Ian and I watched Troll hunter and ate popcorn.
Sunday was again spent doing uni work and watching House. I hate to admit it but I was getting quite into the stories.
Unfortunately I had to depart back to Wycombe in the evening. I watched Sherlock and got so confused my head hurt so I had to go to bed.
Today has been rather productive, I got lots of my metalwork done and I brought a giant bar of Galaxy chocolate for just £2.50! Bargain!

Coming and Going
Well I am now back in Wycombe but heading back to Uxbridge again tomorrow. I have had nearly a week at uni in the new year and I'm already starting to hate it again. Have so much work to do and friendships seem to be deteriorating. However saying this I am realising the people I do and do not want to spend the next 3 years of my life with.
Ryan for example kindly invited me over for dinner and a catch up as he knows I'm not feeling to comfortable in my "home" surroundings. It was a really great night filled with a vegetarian jambalaya and watching amazing stage sets.
Last week I went out on Thursday with everyone as a last big night out before everyone left again for uni. I had such an amazing night which was heavily fueled by downing 5 shots in a row and countless jager bombs. I did however fall over pretty bad and fuck up my knee, now causing me to walk like a cripple. Nevertheless I had an epic time and I already miss everyone so much.
Since being in Wycombe I have been out most nights with various people, been called a bitch by someone I thought was a very good friend here and done the minimum amount of work, bad idea when I have my assessment in less than a week, hence why I'm going home this weekend so I can try and concentrate.

Law at the Barfly and New Years
New years eve eve was spent in Camden at the Barfly. Keri and Faye came to my house for a quick drink before we caught the train. We got a chinese at the market then made our way to the Barfly where we met the Brannigan's Law.
The night was epic, the Law were brilliant and I got insanely drunk. Passed out on the train and no hangover in the morning. Perfect.
New years eve Ian and I made our way to mine to get the house ready for the party. The night was great, lots of booze, great people and indoor sparklers.
The past few days have been spent catching up with work and seeing Ian.
Watching Jeremy Kyle with my mom at the moment and it is literally the best episode I have ever seen!

Hello 2012
- Drinking buddy of the year? - Faye. She is hilarious and lovely and very generous when it comes to booze. Haven't had a night out with her that hasn't been epic in some form.
- Newest friend? - Jess Williams and Ryan O'Keeffe. Jess I live with and although things have been a bit off recently I still love her and we have had an amazing few months living together and I hope we can again next year. Ryan is in my seminar group and is the sweetest guy you could ever meet, we have such a laugh together and he aways knows how to make me smile.
- Best night out? -Has to be Harry's 21st. I got to dress up, go to a place I have never been before and was yet still local, spent with a group of amazing people, got so wasted and ended up at the Treaty. Don't think I could ask for much more really.
- High point of the year? - Seriously there have been so many! Magaluf was definitely up there along with seeing SOAD at Download. And moving out was a pretty big high.
- Low point of the year? - Without a doubt breaking up with Ian. Although we are back together now this year has been so tough on us. I found out things that literally broke my heart and made me sick to my core. Thankfully things are well and truly on the up now, hopefully it can stay like this for the entirety of 2012.
- Best holiday? - Magaluf. A week with a group of friends including my 2 favourite girls on the whole planet, sun, sea and sambuca. It was so much fun and I will never forget it.
- Any regrets? - Same as last year, should of tried harder with uni work. I have just realised how much work I actually have to do now the xmas hols are coming to an end. I wish I had tried even harder getting a job as it would get my dad off my back and I would actually have money.
- Most loyal friend? - Again the same as last year and I hope this will always be the same. Jess and Hannah. Although I have moved away they have always been there, even just for a chat or a comforting text. I love them so much.
- Biggest change of the year? - Moving out. Being in a different zip code and being independent has been a massive change... and I love it. Although I dislike my house and miss people from home it was a good change and made me appreciate comforts of home.
- What are your plans for next year? - Find a nicer, warmer less damp house to live in. Try so much harder with uni work. Get a job. Depending on both our financial status' go on holiday with Ian and keep things perfect between us. (Also try and cut down on the popcorn.)
